79CM307A Room Terminal Touch IP V2 (12.9) display and capacitive user interface to support daily care processes in care facilities. User-compliant display/design of time-critical and relevant data and process flows for user groups such as nursing staff, medical services and support staff (including IT department, technical service), to reduce travel times, optimize productivity and efficient information flow for care tasks. Use of RFID technology/PIN code for audit-proof authentication/timely registration of processes and for access control in accordance with GDPR specifications, depending on the requirements in care facilities. Designed as an IP communication unit for full-duplex operation, in a high-quality surface-mounted housing for resident/patient rooms/duty rooms, as well as a control unit for additional functions in the respective room and as a gateway to mobile devices. Intuitive operation via the backlit touch display with high color brilliance and good readability in different environmental parameters (brightness, distance). Conversation communication in free intercom (full-duplex) and announcement function (send/receive) via IP communication or bus technology as well as connection with VoIP/SIP interface (ETH, WIFI) for communication via the PBX. Optional extension with telephony client (SIP) for duty rooms and function rooms. Display of system messages when presence is set (alarms, calls and presences, etc.) with the highest priority in color, prioritized order and time / date. Acoustic call forwarding when presence is set and the option to trigger further calls. Option to configure the night mode for switching off the display to ensure residents/patients have a good night's rest. Support of workflow-relevant processes by displaying and selecting/deselecting services (interconnections), for extended call forwarding to other wards. Use of RFID technology for authentication at the touch terminal for access to patient data directly in the patient's room and documentation of care processes. This enables efficient design of care tasks / activities and documentation for the respective patient to relieve routine work and support daily care processes in an appropriate manner. Care services are documented immediately after they are provided: recording of vital data, nursing activities, medication and other information that requires documentation, to reduce more error-prone records. Energy savings and optimized home automation control functions are provided by a local user interface. Security: Monitoring/synchronization of all data traffic and audio connections (conversations, announcements) to other rooms within the organizational unit, coordination of communication with the central units and other IP participants via IP interface (ETH-LAN, WIFI). The configuration data of a room is managed via the management server, provided using standardized web services and stored locally. Support for the cyber security requirements of modern IT infrastructures. Can be upgraded to future system firmware thanks to pioneering flash and memory technologies to ensure automated software updates during operation. Multi-level security concept enables local call signaling in the event of a lack of communication with the system's central unit. Activation of licensed system functions through separate software licenses required: RFID function, IP function (ETH-LAN/WIFI/BT), duty room function (interconnections, announcements, room/bed prioritization), telephony (SIP client), nursing documentation (HIS interface required).
